Frequently asked questions
- Why can't I just upload my CSV to ChatGPT?
- LLMs chatbots are not designed to handle batch processing of data because of their limited context window. RowSherpa is specifically built to feed them one row of data at a time.
- Can I upload any CSV to RowSherpa?
- Yes, as long as it has a header row and is a valid CSV file (UTF-8 encoded).
- How long is my data stored?
- We automatically delete your uploaded files and generated results after 30 days for security. Your metadata (job history) remains accessible for your records.
- Can I use RowSherpa via API only?
- Yes! You can use our API to create jobs, upload files, and retrieve results programmatically. The UI is built entirely on top of our public API.
